Aureus Abacus intends to develop additional token-based systematic strategies over time. Any such strategy will be offered solely through its own offering documents to eligible investors. Nothing on this page constitutes an offer or a commitment to launch.
Access structures
Strategies are available through pooled fund structures and, for larger mandates, through separately managed accounts in which the investor retains ownership and account-level control of the underlying assets.
BTC Systematic Fund
Investment in the Fund involves substantial risk, including digital-asset market risk, volatility, liquidity risk, counterparty risk, custody risk, operational risk, regulatory risk and the possible loss of all or a substantial portion of the investment. Digital-asset prices may fluctuate significantly and without warning.
The Fund may use derivative instruments or other forms of leverage in implementing certain trading positions. Leverage can magnify both gains and losses and may increase margin, liquidity and counterparty risks. Associated trading and other costs may reduce investment returns.
The Fund may not achieve its investment objective. Prospective investors should review the Fund’s offering documents and obtain independent legal, tax and financial advice before investing. In the event of any inconsistency between this website and the Fund’s offering documents, the offering documents shall prevail.
